By using the Service, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that we may provide to you in connection with your use of the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Radiant AI, its licensors, or other providers.
